Online GP services
Our online GP services bring healthcare to your home or a place that suits you, by giving you easy access to video appointments via your smartphone or tablet. The online GP experience works just the same as a normal face-to-face appointment – although some things may require a physical examination.
As well as giving expert medical advice during an appointment, our online GPs can arrange any necessary prescriptions, specialist referrals or sick notes at the same time. This can all be done through the app to make your life that little bit easier.
Online GP appointments
Can’t make it to the doctor’s surgery, or need to see a GP the same day? We’re open every day of the week, even on weekends. Evening appointments are available with Livi too, because sometimes there’s just not enough hours in the day.
And for anything less urgent, you can book to see a GP online up to 3 days ahead to fit around your diary.
