HOW TO ENTER: To enter, you must:a) follow @LiviUK on Instagram b) tag a female friend in a comment; and c) like Livi UK’s International Women's Day Competition post. We reserve the right to exclude entries we believe to be inappropriate or fraudulent or we consider are not in the spirit of the promotion. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

PROMOTION PERIOD: This promotion will run until 12:00 GMT on Friday 12th March 2021 (Entry Deadline). Entries made after the Entry Deadline will not be counted. We will accept no responsibility for lost, delayed or incomplete entries, or for entries that are not received or delivered. Any such entries will be deemed void.

ELIGIBILITY: Employees or contractors of the Promoter (or of any company in the Promoter's group) and their family members will not be permitted to enter. The promotion is otherwise open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) who are aged 16 years or over. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter but you will need an internet connection and access to Instagram.

WINNER SELECTION: There will be 1 winner who will be selected at random by software, and verified by the Promoter after the Entry Deadline. The winner will be notified on the Instagram platform within 5 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

PRIZE: The prize for the winner is two bunches of Bloom & Wild flowers, each to the value of up to £45 plus delivery. The prize is subject to availability and is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to: (a) substitute the prize for an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value; and (b) in exceptional circumstances, amend, withdraw or end the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

PUBLICITY AND PRIVACY: By taking part in this promotion, you consent to us collecting, storing and using the personal data submitted with your entry for the purposes of this promotion. Any personal data will be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. If you are the winner, you agree to the use of your name and image in any publicity material.
